Return and Exchange Policy

 

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the item. Ranovilto (hereinafter referred to as “we”) will review requests submitted within this period in accordance with this policy. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

• The item has visible appearance issues

• The item has quality defects that affect normal use

• The item has an unusual odour or significant colour difference

• The item received does not match the order information

• The item remains in good condition and does not affect further use, allowing a return or exchange without reason

3. Return & Exchange Process

• Contact us by email or phone to submit a return or exchange request, and provide the order number, proof of payment, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos

• We will review your request and, once approved, inform you via your contact details and provide the return address

• Return the item to the designated address and wait for confirmation of receipt

• Upon receiving the item, we will conduct an inspection

• If a refund is requested and the inspection is approved, we will arrange the refund

• If an exchange is requested and the inspection is approved, a replacement item will be dispatched within 1–3 business days

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including Visa or MasterCard

• Depending on the processing time of the card issuer, refunds are usually completed within 1–3 business days

• If the refund has not been received after this period, please contact us for assistance

5. Fees & Return Label

• For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality defects, odour, significant colour differences, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us

• For returns or exchanges without reason, the return shipping cost must be covered by you

• A return label is included in each parcel for your convenience

6. Disclaimer

We are responsible only for return or exchange requests that meet the conditions of this policy and are confirmed by us. We are not responsible for delays or unsuccessful processing caused by failure to follow the required steps or by incomplete information.
We reserve the right to update or adjust this policy without prior notice. The latest version displayed on the website shall prevail.
