This Shipping Policy applies to the online store Ranovilto (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and explains delivery arrangements, shipping timelines, and related responsibilities.

1. Delivery Area

  • Delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom only

  • Shipping services are not available outside the United Kingdom

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of £70.99 or more (including £70.99) qualify for free shipping

  • Orders below £70.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £8.99

  • All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout

3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order processing hours are CET 9:00 – 18:00

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed starting the same day

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next working day

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next working day

4. Order Processing Time

  • Once an order is confirmed, the processing time is 1–3 working days

  • After processing is completed, the order will be dispatched

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors
